Pelin Thorogood

Chief Executive Officer

Pelin Thorogood is a new media marketing and analytics expert, recognized for her leadership in both venture-backed startups and public companies. Her career as a high-tech innovator includes leading the go-to-market strategy as CMO of WebSideStory (acquired by Omniture/Adobe), extending Peregrine Systems’ enterprise software business (acquired by HP) into web-based applications, and, in the mid 90s, launching one of the very first mobile B2B applications. Since the WebSideStory acquisition, Pelin has been involved with several cloud-based technology leaders and new media companies either as advisor or board member, including InsideView, InboundWriter, Limelight Networks, Technology Leaders, and Online Marketing Institute. In both 2011 and 2012, she was named one of the “20 Women to Watch” in sales lead management. Pelin holds a BS in Operations Research, Masters in Engineering, and MBA degrees, all from Cornell University, where she also serves as Executive-in-Residence for the Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Anders Olsson

Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer

As the co-founder and CTO, Anders Olsson leads Anametrix’ product strategy and technical direction. He has more than 15 years of technology and strategy experience. Using that experience, Anders has employed completely new methods to build a system for collecting and visualizing data that sets his technology apart from the other players. Anders previously served as the System Architect at WebSideStory. There, he developed the company’s data collection and visualization products and led product design and development. Among other key accomplishments, he created the company’s data exchange APIs and e-commerce analytics solutions. Anders received his Masters degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University and his Bachelor’s degree from University of Borås, Sweden.

Jim Schnepp

Senior VP of Sales

Jim Schnepp is a cloud-based technology veteran with more than 20 years of experience in growing enterprise sales organizations. Leading from the front, Jim has consistently built world-class sales team that focus on delivering transformational solutions with a demonstrable ROI to customers, and value to shareholders. Most recently, at Trapeze Group North America, a division of Constellation Software Inc., Jim built out and managed a team of more than 35 sales and marketing professionals throughout North America, achieving more than 40percent year-over-year growth. Previously, Jim led sales and marketing teams at AssetWorks Inc, MAXIMUS Asset Solutions Software and Peregrine Systems. Jim’s diverse background includes founding and managing operations internationally, including North America as well as Asia, Europe, Central and South America, with leadership positions in sales, sales management, marketing management, and product management. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts/ Amherst, Jim received his M.B.A. from San Diego State University.

Olivier Silvestre

VP of Client Success

As the VP of client success at Anametrix, Olivier Silvestre leads the company’s efforts in ensuring clients drive business value with their marketing efforts. He oversees the Anametrix implementation, account management and professional-services teams. His storied career in marketing analytics began in 1999 at web-analytics pioneer WebSideStory, where he spent nine years helping the company build value for its public offering and later sale to Omniture (now Adobe). While there, he created the industry’s first Conversion Optimization Program and led a team with a 100-percent success rate helping clients increase their online revenue. After WebSideStory he co-founded Tealium, a leading universal tag management company that has been profitable since its inception. In 2011 he joined Certona Corp. as director of revenue optimization, and he created methods, processes and thought leadership to help clients make the most of their investments. He holds a B.A. in electronics and an MBA from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers, one of the leading business schools in France.

Jeff Chase

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Chase has been helping high-tech startups in executive roles since 2003. Most recently, he was CFO of Qspeed Semiconductor, which was successfully sold to Power Integrations. Prior to Qspeed, Jeff was CFO for Asoka USA, a power line communications adapter company, Aurora Systems, Inc., a fabless semiconductor LCOS technology company, and Intransa, an iSCSI storage device company. Jeff is a seasoned veteran in public companies as well, serving as VP of Finance at Cutera, Inc., Treasurer at Echelon Corporation and as an executive in finance at JDS Uniphase Corporation. In addition, he helped take ETEK Dynamics public in 1999. Jeff began his long-standing career in finance with positions at 3Com Corporation, Rolm Corporation, Deloitte and Touche SF and KPMG Honolulu.

Michael Christian

General Counsel and VP of Corporate Development

As General Counsel and VP of Corporate Development, Michael Christian provides legal guidance to the company and participates in its strategic transactions. Michael brings extensive experience in analytics and online delivery models from his near decade of work with WebSideStory/Visual Sciences/Omniture. He led much of the negotiation and legal work that took the web technology company from a bootstrapped start-up through three private fundings (over $40M in the aggregate) and a very successful IPO, followed by two major acquisitions and finally a merger into another company. As an attorney, Michael has also worked with Baker & McKenzie, Banque Worms (a national French commercial bank), and as a special advisor to the Minister of Finance of Poland. Michael holds a JD degree from the Harvard Law School and a BA from UCSD where he was a Regents’ Scholar and graduated with highest honors.

Gilles Godard

VP of Operations

Mr. Godard brings nearly 15 years of administration and human resources management experience to Anametrix. He is responsible for finances and accounting as well as hiring practices, putting in place infrastructure to manage the growth of the company and establishing operational procedures and policies. He is instrumental in establishing the corporate culture, as well as managing the benefit programs. Mr. Godard brings a multidisciplinary background to Anametrix, including education, not-for-profit, operations and IT, as well as technology. Prior to joining Anametrix, Gilles was employed at WebSideStory, where he was director of operations. He holds an MBA from Université Paris IX Dauphine, one of the leading European university for finance and business management.
