The Analytics Implementation Manager is part of the Client Success team, which oversees all aspects of Client Services. We are a cross-functional team responsible for:
- New & Existing Client Service Deployment and Custom Implementation
- Technical Support
- Account Management
- Professional Services (Training, Reporting and Analysis Best Practices)
- Predictive Analytics
We are looking for that unique individual who is technically savvy enough to enjoy developing and testing code, but also interested in working directly with people – specifically clients’ technical teams – to guide them through implementation & configuration of the various aspects of Anametrix SaaS Platform.
The Analytics Implementation Manager will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Project manages new and existing client implementations, end to end from business requirements, technical requirements, UI configuration, and reporting and stakeholder presentations.
- Work with the customers, sales and account management teams to quickly assess requirements and develop solutions
- Responsible for developing and keeping track of and adhering to project schedules and delivery dates; consistently promoting implementation on time and to spec throughout various stages of project
- Deploy and configure API Connectors to pull data into Anametrix
- Implement Anametrix Web Analytics Tag
- Ensures implementation has been thoroughly self-reviewed and unit tested with minimal bugs, and all requirements met
- In some cases, conduct UAT of implementations to ensure proper structure pre-launch
- Ability to diagnose and resolve site issues quickly, resolve any tracking discrepancies that may require combined effort to correct
- Support Anametrix clients for problems that arise beyond tier 1 support
- Oversee project documentation and/or training data integrity and implementation validation
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is self-motivated, and can work independently without close and constant supervision. The ability to work on several projects at once, while effectively managing your time and consistently meeting deadlines for deliverables is key.
- A Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Software Engineering strongly preferred)
- 3 to 6 years of directly related experience
- 2 to 3 years of working with APIs
- 2 to 3 years of working directly with JavaScript/AJAX/HTML/CSS
- Organized, detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The Technical Writer candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Anametrix product user guides and release notes for our clients. The Technical Writer candidate will also create and maintain supporting documents for internal training initiatives. In addition to these main responsibilities, the Technical Writer candidate will work closely with the engineering department to ensure that all text used for system notifications is appropriate and accurate.
- Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel and maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Consult with customer representatives, vendors, company executives, to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
- Work with the graphic designer to produce drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to support written resources

Anametrix is seeking a graphic artist intern with excellent layout, creative design and computer skills to assist the Online Marketing Manager in the day-to–day tasks required to keep our website, collateral and other content current. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create images and layouts for website, collateral material, large banners, and additional projects, including technical and non-technical marketing materials (print and Web)
- Produce (lay out, format, etc.) a variety of materials using pre-existing templates and creating new ones
- Create/format screenshots and other images for use in collateral and on websites

As a Senior Account Executive, you will sell a complete, SaaS business intelligence solution by participating in a supportive, team-selling environment. An understanding of marketing and the pain/dreams of marketing departments will help you succeed as this is our primary target client. Experience selling into Media, Automotive, Retail or Travel & Hospitality verticals is a plus.

The Solution Engineer (SE) supports sales productivity and deal flow by participating in discovery of prospect needs, delivering 1st class presentations and product demonstrations and working with sales in securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. The SE collaborates with sales personnel, professional services, marketing, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure demonstrations and proposals include both functional and technical solutions that accurately address prospect needs, and are appropriately supported by key prospect technical decision-makers.
The SE is responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, market, and/or channel supported. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the SE directly supports the sales team in new revenue generation activities, as follows:
- Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by manager
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address prospect requirements, assesses prospects’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and Anametrix
